UNIAN: Kremlin promises to encourage Donbas militants to act in 'constructive way'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a meeting with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has promised that Russia will encourage the terrorists from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics to act in a constructive way, according to Russian news agency TASS.
