Russia Says Lavrov, Steinmeier To Meet On Ukraine, Syria

Moscow says that the Russian and German foreign ministers, Sergei Lavrov and Frank-Walter Steinmeier, will meet on August 15 to discuss the conflicts in Ukraine and Syria.
