Russia’s UN Envoy Surprised Ukraine to Raise Own Sabotage Attempt at UNSC

Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations Vitaly Churkin said he was surprised by Ukraine’s intent to discuss its own attempted incursion into Crimea with the UN Security Council the following day.
