Flash flooding across southeast Minnesota, western Wisconsin; Wabasha sees nearly 8 inches of rain, roads washed out in Buffalo County

Heavy rain from overnight storms caused significant flooding in the Buffalo, Trempealeau and Wabasha counties, according to the National Weather Service.
