Las Vegas jewelry designer, 27, makes move from online to storefront in the Juhl

Five years after launching her online jewelry site, JAECI, Jenna Consiglio took another leap and opened her first brick-and-mortar storefront in July inside the Juhl in downtown Las Vegas.
