Turkey's Great Union Party (BBP) Vice Chairman Kaptan Kartal has been detained as he is allegedly tied to Islamic cleric Fethullah Gulen and his supporters, who Ankara believes were behind a recent coup attempt, Sabah newspaper reported Thursday.
