Exclude Ukraine from UN over thwarted terrorist attacks, says Crimean official

Deputy chairman of the Crimean government Ruslan Balbek has said that Ukraine should immediately be expelled from the UN and OSCE because no respectable international organization can have member nations that launch attacks against foreign civilians.
