The life insurance policies taken out by Syed Rizwan Farook, the San Bernardino terrorist shooter, are subject to government seizure and will not go to the beneficiary, Farook’s mother, a federal judge ruled Wednesday, according to an Associated Press report via The Riverside Press-Enterprise. Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, died in a shootout with authorities last December after they shot and killed 14 people at a government building.
