Chow Mein House brings authentic Chinese dishes to Summerlin

Chow Mein House owner Alan Zhengalan’s background may be chemical engineering, but his after-work passion is cooking for friends and family. In fall 2015, he brought that passion to the public, opening his restaurant at 10300 W. Charleston Blvd.
