Nacho Daddy revamps menu in preparation for Strip location’s opening

Reinvention is the name of the game at Nacho Daddy. After putting its unique spin on the humble Mexican snack food, the Las Vegas Valley staple has further revamped its menu, adding new items, including the Sloppy “Jose” Nacho — a nachos-style take on a Sloppy Joe — as well as Lobster & Crab and Spicy Shrimp nachos.
