Turchynov says Putin aims at disrupting Minsk peace agreements

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov says that statements made by Russian President Vladimir Putin that Kyiv has "shifted to the practice of terror" against Russia are evidence of the Russian side's plan to escalate the situation in Ukraine and disrupt the Minsk peace agreements on Donbas.
