Edinburgh University Denies Russian Cultural Center Part of 'Propaganda War'

A Russian cultural and language center based at the University of Edinburgh exists only to promote a greater understanding of Russian language and culture and is not part of a "propaganda war" as reported by some British media, the university's PR manager told Sputnik on Wednesday.
