Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty: FSB claims Ukrainian forces attempted incursion into Crimea

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on August 10 that it had thwarted an armed incursion by Ukrainian forces into Crimea that was aimed at targeting critical infrastructure.
