17-year-old steals parents' car, leads police on chase before crashing

Castle Rock police Monday led a three-minute, high speed chase down West Side Highway, deployed a spike strip and used a dog in an attempt to track down a 17-year-old who is accused of stealing his parents’ 2012 Dodge Charger.
