Putin, Erdogan Agree On Steps To Reconcile Relations

Nine months after a Russian military jet was downed by Turkey and the damaging of relations between the countries began, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan flew to Moscow for talks with Russia President Vladimir Putin to begin the process of détente, The Associated Press reported Tuesday.
