US Destroying Libya's Cities Without Plans to Rebuild, Support Government

The United States and Europe do not have any plans to rebuild Libya’s cities or critical infrastructure destroyed by military intervention and have no intentions of supporting a government whose survival remains in doubt, analysts told Sputnik on Tuesday.
