OSCE Publishes Spot Report on Attempted Assassination of LPR's Head

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has published a spot report on an attempted assassination of Igor Plotnitsky, the head of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, the OSCE press service said.
