CAS Rejects Appeal by Three Russian Cyclists Over Rio Olympics Eligibility

The ad hoc Division of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) at the Olympic Games Rio 2016 said Friday it had dismissed the appeal by Russian cyclists Kiriil Sveshnikov, Dmitry Sokolov and Dmitry Strakhov against the ban on their participation in 2016 Rio Olympics.
