No more sleeping civil servants‚ Trollip vows

In his victory speech to a crowd of Democratic Alliance members and supporters at Port Elizabeth's historic Donkin Reserve‚ mayor elect Athol Trollip said that starting on Monday‚ no government workers would sleep at work and arrive late or leave work early.
