Reuters: Steinmeier says will work to restore dialogue with Turkey

VADUZ - German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Aug. 5 he hoped to restore direct talks with Ankara despite concerns about Turkey's use of mass arrests and dismissals to crack down on those suspected of engineering a failed coup attempt.
