Total of 271 Russian Athletes Cleared to Compete in Rio Olympics - ROC Head

A total of 271 Russian athletes have been allowed by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to take part in the upcoming Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) President Alexander Zhukov said Thursday.
