Moon Tunes concert tonight cancelled for weather; band to play Root Note

Tonight's Moon Tunes concert in Riverside Park featuring Big Liquor has been cancelled because of the threat of severe weather this evening. It's the third week in a row weather has preempted a Moon Tunes concert.
