Calgary police cleared in 2014 fatal shooting of man with pellet gun ‘not capable’ of firing

The “handgun” the suspect had been holding was found beside his body and was later determined to be a Crosman “Walther PPK” CO2-powered pellet pistol, “manufactured to resemble a Walther PPK semi-automatic pistol.”
