South Africa Ruling ANC Party Leads in Municipal Elections

South Africa’s ruling African National Congress (ANC) of the country's president Jacob Zuma received 53.9 percent of votes and 57 councils, while the opposition center-right Democratic Alliance (DA) trails behind with 26.89 percent of the vote and 11 councils.
