Four Militants Detained in Dagestan - Russian Investigators

A criminal case has been opened against four detained Dagestan residents, suspected of providing logistics and financial support for an illegal armed group, as well as joining an illegal armed group, according to an official from the republican branch of Russia's Investigative Committee.
