UNHCR Welcomes Central, North American Joint Action Plan on Refugees

The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) welcomed the joint San Jose Action Statement, agreed by nine North and Central American countries, aimed at boosting the protection of refugees fleeing Central America, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi said Thursday.
