US Missile Designed to Challenge Russia's Sarmat ICBM a Decade Behind Schedule

The new US intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) project set to be approved by the Pentagon will inevitably become a direct competitor with Russia's RS-28 Sarmat ICBM. However, according to respected Russian military analyst Konstantin Sivkov, the new system won't come online until well into the 2020s.
