ANC loses Nkandla council‚ but holds onto ward seat

The African National Congress (ANC) might have lost the Nkandla municipality to the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP)‚ but its ward councillor held onto his seat in the Nkandla ward by just 103 votes.
