Ukrainian consuls visited 42 detained Ukrainians or Ukrainians serving sentences abroad, including Russia

During the first half of 2016 Ukrainian consuls have visited 42 detained Ukrainians or those who are serving sentences abroad, where there are some Ukrainian political prisoners in Russia among them, according to the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
