Russian ROC Head Expects 270-280 Athletes to Participate in Rio Olympics

Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) President Alexander Zhukov expects that 270-280 Russian athletes will take part in the Rio Olympics and hopes for the final decision to be made soon.
