Shilling, Kapanke hold cash advantage in primary races

Wisconsin Sen. Jennifer Shilling raised nearly $24,000 in July, about 30 percent more than her Republican challenger Dan Kapanke, who had raised more money than the incumbent in the first six months of the year.
