Court changes pretrial restriction for Odesa Port-Side Plant head Pereloma to house arrest

The Kyiv Court of Appeals has changed pretrial restriction for the chairman of the supervisory council of Odesa Port-side Chemical Plant, the deputy chairman of Naftogaz Ukrainy, Serhiy Pereloma, from detention to round-the-clock house arrest for a period up to Sept. 9.
