Court dismisses Nortima's claim asking to void State Property Fund's decision in privatization of Odesa Port-Side Plant in 2009

Kyiv's district administrative court has dismissed a claim of Nortima LLC asking to declare unlawful actions of Ukraine's State Property Fund (SPF), which selection panel decided not to declare the company the winner of the tender to sell 99.6 percent of shares in public joint-stock company Odesa Port-Side Chemical Plant.
