Puel wants Ben Arfa as first Southampton signing

Southampton have joined the battle for Nice star Hatem Ben Arfa.

Southampton are interested in signing Ben Arfa, according to Estadio Deportivo.The player's agent travelled to England to listen to Southampton's proposal, who are in talks to appoint the former Nice manager Claude Puel.
