Kyiv reports deterioration of situation in Donbas, records over 20 shell attacks on Ukrainian army positions over past 24 hours

Over 20 instances of opening fire on the Ukrainian Armed Forces positions have been recorded as of 6 p.m. in Donbas, the headquarters of the anti-terrorist operation in the country's east said.
