OSCE envoy says social problems in Donbas must be urgently resolved

MINSK - Social problems in the breakaway areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions must be urgently resolved, according to Martin Sajdik, special representative of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
