Spain: Rajoy hopes to lead government: coalition or minority

MADRID (AP) — Acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy says he hopes his conservative Popular Party can form a strong, four-year coalition government — or else be allowed run a minority one and avoid fresh elections.
