Limpopo High Court admits NGO as friend of the court in civil suit over child's pit toilet death

The Limpopo High Court has admitted Equal Education as a friend of the court in the matter involving the Department of Basic Education and the family of the five-year-old boy who died after falling into a pit toilet two years ago.
