Brazil’s Top Sports Official Regrets Russian Athletes’ No Show at Rio 2016

In an interview with Radio Sputnik, Antônio Carlos Gomes, director of the Brazilian Athletics Confederation, said he was disappointed by the IOC’s decision to ban Russian track and fielders from participating in the upcoming Olympics in Rio.
