Israeli President, Palestinian Head Not to Meet in Brussels - Spokesman

Israeli President Reuven Rivlin will not meet with leader of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas during both heads of state visit to Brussels over refusal voiced by Abbas, an Israeli presidential spokesman said on Thursday.
