Normandy Four Countries Yet to Reach ‘Clear Understanding’ on Next Summit

The sides to the so-called Normandy quartet on the settlement to the conflict in eastern Ukraine have not yet reached a clear understanding on the timeframe of its next summit, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
