Japan Seeks Next Peace Treaty Talks With Russia Before Leaders' Talks

Japan seeks a next round of peace treaty negotiations with Russia to be held before the two countries' leaders meet in September in Vladivostok, the Japanese government representative in charge of Japan-Russia relations said Wednesday.
