Euro2016: Conte to make Italy changes but still expecting victory

Antonio Conte admits he will make some alterations to his starting line-up for Italy's final group game at Euro2016.

The Azzurri take on the Republic of Ireland in Lille on Wednesday night and with their spot in the Round of 16 already locked in, Conte is set to make a couple of changes to the line-up that edged Sweden 1-0 on Friday.
