Warning over 25% fee to save in George Osborne's new Lifetime Isa

The Chancellor unveiled the new deal for savers aged between 18 and 40, nicknamed the Lisa, in the March Budget. Savers will get a bonus of £1,000 from the Government for every £4,000 they put away.
