Owner of fish and chips chain Harry Ramsden's set to snap up Giraffe restaurants from Tesco

Boparan Ventures, which also owns Fishworks, is thought to be the mystery suitor who has agreed to buy loss-making Giraffe. A deal could be announced as early as thursday.
