Ukraine's Justice Ministry says future of Soloshenko, Afanasyev is decided legally and through diplomatic channels

Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko said the documents needed for the release of convicted Ukrainian citizens Yuriy Soloshenko and Hennadiy Afanasyev are in Russia.
