Russia Detains Daesh Underground Cell Member Detained in Ingushetia

Russian security forces have arrested a resident of Russia's southern Republic of Ingushetia suspected of being a member of an underground Daesh terrorist cell, the Federal Security Service (FSB) said Thursday.
