Poroshenko appoints Razinkov acting chief of Foreign Intelligence Service - decree

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed First Deputy Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Ihor Razinkov as temporarily acting head of the service.
