Kuchma's press secretary: Kyiv says no progress in Donbas without sustainable ceasefire regime

The Ukrainian side at the talks in the Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk believes that without a sustainable ceasefire regime in Donbas, there is no use talking of any progress in solving humanitarian, political or economic problems, Darya Olifer, spokesperson for Ukraine's second president Leonid Kuchma, Ukrainian representative in this group, said.
