Sajdik says OSCE concerned by rise in Donbas truce breaches

MINSK - The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe's (OSCE) Special Representative in the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine, Martin Sajdik has condemned the sharp rise in the number of ceasefire violations in Donbas.
